Safenix includes a 14-day free trial starting on the day you register. You do not need to add a card during the trial, and the service works normally during this period.
When you are charged
If you add a card during the trial, the first payment is taken immediately. Adding the card is always a real payment: a card can only be saved together with a successful charge, so you cannot enter card details without paying.
The trial days are not lost when you add a card. Your renewal date remains the day on which the trial would have ended, and the paid month covers the period from that date onward.
Payments are contracted with Pago Albania.
Monthly renewals
After the first payment, renewals are monthly and take place on the same day of the month.
If that day does not exist in a particular month—for example, if the renewal date is the 31st—the charge is made on the last available day of that month. The renewal returns to the normal date in the following month.
If the trial ends without a card
If you do not add a card, the trial ends on the 14th day and backups stop from that point.
- Existing backups are not deleted. They remain exactly as they were.
- Access to the dashboard and billing page remains available.
- Adding a card at any time restarts the service without losing anything.
You receive an email reminder three days before the trial ends. A second notification is sent when backups stop.
Permanent account deletion
Permanent deletion cannot be undone. If no card is added within 30 days from when backups stopped, the account and all its backups are permanently deleted. A final notification is sent before this deadline.
Prices and VAT
Prices are monthly and do not include VAT. VAT is never added to the amount:
- For businesses in the European Union, the reverse charge applies.
- For businesses outside the European Union, the export is zero-rated.
