Use the Safenix billing page to add or replace a card through Pago Albania. The card details are entered on Pago Albania’s payment page, never in a Safenix form.
Add or replace a card
- Open the Safenix billing page.
- Start the action to add or replace the payment card.
- Enter the card on Pago Albania’s payment page. Safenix does not receive the card number or security code at any time.
- Complete the payment. The card is saved only when the charge succeeds.
- Check the billing page to confirm the registered card. It shows the card circuit, last four digits, and expiry date in a row such as
Visa ending 4242, expires 04/28.
Important billing effects
Adding or replacing a card is always a real, immediate payment. It is not a zero-value verification. Pago Albania rejects a zero-amount payment, so there is no way to update card details without paying.
Before replacing a card, note that the plan amount is charged immediately. The renewal date then moves exactly one month forward from the previous renewal date. You are not charged twice, and you do not lose any days that were already paid for.
Supported cards
The recognised card circuits are:
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Visa
- Diners Club
- National cards
Cards are the only accepted payment method. Bank transfers, SEPA direct debit, and other payment methods are not available.
If your card is expiring
Safenix does not send a warning before a card expires. An expired card is detected when the first renewal fails; the three-attempt procedure then applies.
Replace an expiring card before its expiry date rather than waiting for the first failed renewal.
What Safenix stores
For each registered card, Safenix retains only the card circuit, the last four digits, and the expiry date. The full card number and security code are sent directly to Pago Albania and are never visible to Safenix.
